INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
At EOS Counselling & Psychotherapy, around half of our work is dedicated to individual counselling - supporting adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, manage emotional distress, and create meaningful change in their lives.
We offer one-to-one therapy in Farnham, Surrey, for clients from Guildford, Godalming, Aldershot, and surrounding areas, as well as secure online sessions for those further afield.

Our Therapeutic Approach
Our core approach is psychodynamic, exploring how early experiences and internal patterns shape how you relate to yourself and others today. This helps you recognise recurring emotional cycles and develop insight into the roots of distress.
To complement this, Dawn Henley is a DBT-trained skills practitioner, integrating tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. These practical techniques help you manage intense emotions and build resilience in daily life.
Every session is collaborative - we work at your pace, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals. Over time, you’ll develop self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a greater sense of stability.
