INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
About 50 % of our practice is working with individuals, we have a special interest in working with anxiety, rumination, BPD and PTSD. Dawn is a DBT trained skills practitioner, but the core training is in the psychodynamic approach.
In a one-on-one setting with a trained professional, you have the opportunity to delve into your feelings without judgment. This process allows for the examination of personal experiences, helping you to gain insights into how your past influences your present.
