With a practical and empowering approach, Lauren helps clients understand how their brains work and how to create systems that suit them, not the other way around.

Currently in her final year of a degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Lauren brings added depth and therapeutic awareness to her coaching work.
